This signature service blends life coaching with gentle restorative therapies to calm your nervous system and support lasting change. Each session can include any of the following:

What to Expect
Before your session: You’ll share what’s on your mind or what you’d like to focus on.
During coaching: We’ll explore your goals, challenges, and strengths together. Expect a mix of listening, reflection, and practical strategies tailored to you.

In therapeutic coaching: You’ll also receive up to 20 minutes of therapy, woven around the coaching conversation (10 minutes at the start or end, or 20 minutes before/after).
After your session: You should leave with clarity, confidence, and practical steps you can apply straight away.
