Hi, I'm Caitlin... a therapist, coach, and reflexologist with over 20 years’ experience in wellbeing. My work is all about creating space: space to breathe, to feel, to be heard. Whether you are navigating stress, change, or just the quiet overwhelm of everyday life, I offer a calm, grounded place to rest.
Over the years, I have supported people from all walks of life including children and young people. I have seen how powerful it can be when someone feels truly listened to, especially in a world that often rushes us along. That is what I aim to offer: a pause, a soft place, a space to reconnect with yourself.
Evidence shows that coaching and therapeutic support can help people build emotional resilience, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier coping strategies. When we feel safe enough to explore our thoughts and emotions, we are more able to shift unhelpful patterns, regulate stress, and move forward with clarity and confidence. I’m also a parent to three boys (including twins), so I understand the juggle the noise, the love, the exhaustion, and the beauty. That lived experience shapes how I work: with empathy, humour, and a deep respect for each person’s pace and story.
